Tip of the Day: Decrease fishy smell with Milk!

Do you like eating fish, but hate preparing them because of their strong fishy smell? Let me tell you a secret to saying “bye-bye” to that fishy smell. Put fish parts, fillet or whole, in a large bowl. Pour milk, any kind, into bowl; refrigerate and let fish soak in milk overnight. The next morning, rinse fish with water and prepare fish without that overpowering fishy smell. Try it, it really works!
