Tip of the Day: Decrease saltiness in that Curry!

Put 2 large peeled raw potatoes in your curry and decrease heat to medium-high. The potatoes will absorb the extra salt. After 20-30 minutes, taste your curry and if it’s still a little salty, allow the curry to cook for a bit longer. Before serving, remember to take the 2 large potatoes out.
